How I verified the archive.

I built this because I wanted to know what actually happened versus what I remembered. Reconstructing ten years of old backups needs a way to check your own work. This is how I checked mine.

How to read this archive

  • Published verified: Direct record in canonical wp_posts.sql with post_status='publish' and post_type in ('post','page').
  • Published + corroborated: Verified record plus local corroboration (Wayback context, local media match, comments, or pingbacks).
  • Recovered/context evidence: Sitemap and analytics windows are context layers, not curation authority.

Source precedence

  • Tier 1: wp_posts.sql from /unzip/1 for curated timeline inclusion (publish + post/page only).
  • Tier 2: wp_comments, local media files, and Wayback links for corroboration metadata.
  • Tier 3: sitemap and stats reports for context windows only; never timeline curation alone.

Interpretation limits

  • Analytics/referrer reports are bounded to Jan 11, 2011 through May 26, 2011.
  • Sitemap coverage ends on 2014-03-30 and is used as support evidence, not curation authority.
  • Legacy media hosts can be offline or blocked, so direct playback cannot be guaranteed.
  • Curated timeline is intentionally selective and verified-only, while full archive index is complete.
